At JKCement, we give supreme importance to the career paths for all our employees, from management trainees to experienced managers. Each team internally also has clearly defined career progression policies based on talent needs.

The Fresh Graduate Hiring Programme and Campus Hire Programme seek outstanding graduates and postgraduates across engineering and management disciplines. Our GET/ MT programme attracts and generates a great talent pool, who are later placed in front line positions in sales and plant operations.
