He joined JK Cement Ltd. in the year 2007 as Special Executive and received training under industry stalwart Late Yadupati Singhania. Over the years he has learnt the ropes of the trade and spearheaded the business transformation journey of the Company. He has also been instrumental in charting out the Company's strategic roadmap, helping the Organisation to be future-ready.

Having a keen interest in technology and automation, he has led new capacity expansion projects that have doubled the grey cement manufacturing capacity from 7.5 MTPA in 2010 to around 15 MTPA in 2020. His ambitious expansion plans have seen the Company’s footprint expand across the Country.
With Mr. Singhania leading the Company’s many technology and automation initiatives, JK Cement has won several awards and accolades in the areas of sustainability, safety, energy efficiency and green manufacturing.
He has also been instrumental in setting up of the Company's maiden overseas plant in Fujairah, UAE, and is the Dy. MD of JK Cement Works (Fujairah) FZC.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, USA and also holds a Diploma in Family Business Management from IMD Lausanne, Switzerland.

Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT, Mumbai and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Symbiosis, Pune, he has also attended a number of Management Courses including the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD, France and Senior Management Program, IMD, Loussane. He joined JK Cement Ltd. as Business Head for Grey Cement Division in 2014 and has led the transformation journey of Grey Cement business. His previous assignment was as the Managing Director of Holcim Cement, Bangladesh for six years.

Petroleum downstream, Telecom and Fertilizers. An MBA from University of Jodhpur, he also holds an ADP diploma from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, USA. He is also a certified assessor in Business excellence, from TQMS. Responsible for the white cement business operations of the Company, he has spearheaded the expansion of the white cement product portfolio by successfully launching several new value added products. His innovative and strategic approach has strengthened the business processes and systems in the white cement division. In the past, he also has worked on various consulting assignments & projects in collaboration with leading multinational consulting companies in the field of Retail Initiatives, Retail Strategy and BPR.

He started his career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee with Raymond Ltd.and then worked with a global cement major Lafarge India & Lafarge Asia for 15 years before joining JK Cement Ltd. in 2016 as Chief Procurement Officer. He built and transformed the Procurement function across all business divisions of the Company.
He has rich experience in different functions of cement industry like Industrial Engineering, Management Systems, Business Integration, Project Management and Industrial Ecology and all key verticals of Strategic Sourcing and Purchasing. Previously, Mr. Hardeep Singh was based in Dubai and Qatar where he worked with the Landmark Group, a leading retailer in the Middle East, Asia & Africa with a turnover of US $6B. He has also worked as Country Manager at Sharaf DG, one of the largest electronic retailers in UAE offering over 20K electronic products with a footfall of 15+ million from 30 countries.
Before moving to UAE, Mr. Singh was working as the Regional Head (East & then South India) with Essar Telecom Retail, which was the largest one-stop telecom solution chain with 1,000 stores. His retail journey started in 2007 at Spencer’s retail, which was one of India's fastest-growing retail companies.

Mr. Sanjeev Garg joined JK Cement Ltd. in 2002. He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and training and a Commerce Graduate from Kanpur University with rich experience of over 31 years in Corporate Affairs and Finance.
In 2004, he played a pivotal role in the restructuring of JK Cement Ltd. He has also spearheaded the Business Process Re-engineering journey in the Company that was aimed at developing best in class processes and technologies and elevating the experience for all stakeholders. In his previous assignment, he worked with M/s. Key Leasing and Finance Ltd for over a decade as Head, Finance.
Presently, he is providing support to the Managing Director's Office and is extensively involved in the monitoring of MIS & implementation of business strategies and financial planning.
He has attended key Management Courses at IIM Ahmedabad and Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, Chicago.
Mr. Ajai Kumar is the President - Government & Industry Affairs at JKCement. Prior to this, Mr. Kumar had served as Head - South Asia for Government & Industry Affairs in Corteva Agriscience, Executive Vice President - Corporate Affairs in Deepak Fertilizers & Petro-Chemicals and Head - Corporate Affairs in Dupont - Pioneer.
Mr. Kumar was the Country Coordinator for India in the International Maize & Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT) and was instrumental in setting up Borlaug Institute for South Asia (BISA). He was the first Head of Government & Legal Affairs at BISA.
He has a Master’s degree in Physics (Electronics) from the University of Allahabad, India and a Ph.D. from the University of Melbourne, Australia in Political Economy.
He joined the Indian Forest Service in 1986 and served in various positions both within the state and the Indian Government Ministries of Environment & Forests, Defence and Agriculture & Farmers Welfare. He left the Indian Forest Service in 2010 to pursue a career in the corporate world.
Head – Internal Audit and Risk Compliance
Mr. Neeraj Singhal has recently joined JK Cement Ltd. and is a Chartered Accountant by qualification. He is a Certified Internal Auditor and holds Certification in Risk Management Assurance from Institute of Internal Auditors, USA.
With over two decades of rich experience, he has worked in various domains like Auto Component manufacturing, Telecom Infrastructure, F&B, ITES, Aviation Infrastructure, FMCG etc. across organizations like Motorola, Barista, FIS, GMR. He has handled varied functions relating to Internal Audits, Sarbanes Oxley Compliance, Assurance & Risk Management, Cost Cutting, Process Improvements and Systems Design and Implementation.
Prior to joining JK Cement Ltd. he was Group Head-Internal Audit at HSIL Limited for close to 10 years where he was instrumental in setting up of the in-house Internal Audit function.
Mr. Sanjeev Garg joined JK Cement Ltd. in 2002. He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and training and a Commerce Graduate from Kanpur University with rich experience of over 31 years in Corporate Affairs and Finance.
In 2004, he played a pivotal role in the restructuring of JK Cement Ltd. He has also spearheaded the Business Process Re-engineering journey in the Company that was aimed at developing best in class processes and technologies and elevating the experience for all stakeholders. In his previous assignment, he worked with M/s. Key Leasing and Finance Ltd for over a decade as Head, Finance.
Presently, he is providing support to the Managing Director's Office and is extensively involved in the monitoring of MIS & implementation of business strategies and financial planning.
He has attended key Management Courses at IIM Ahmedabad and Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, Chicago.

He is a graduate of Commerce & Law from the University of Calcutta and and a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He possesses over 20 years of post-qualification experience in Legal, Secretarial and Indirect Taxation matters. Post-qualification, he served as Company Secretary with M/s Bubna Stock Broking Services Ltd., M/s Vikram (India) Ltd. and M/s Asiatic Oxygen Ltd. Mr. Singh also served as Nominee Director for Asiatic Oxygen Ltd in the Board of Bihar Air Products Ltd, Jamshedpur for 6 years.
